Overview

As a BizOps professional, you will partner with Product and GTM leaders to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. You will own analytics, operating cadences, and dashboards that inform strategic decisions and guide revenue growth. You’ll shape product strategy, GTM motions, and cross-team programs, while leveraging AI to accelerate workflows. This role sits at the center of Plaid’s mission to unlock financial freedom by turning data into decisive action. You’ll work with senior leaders across multiple functions to deliver measurable impact and scalable operation rhythms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic and operational backbone for a Product or GTM organization, identifying high-leverage opportunities and driving them to outcomes
• Lead cross-functional work such as launching new products, improving go-to-market motions, or accelerating revenue
• Own foundational operating rhythms (monthly reports, QBRs, OKRs, KPIs, executive reporting) and evolve them as the business scales
• Build dashboards, metrics, and success measures to enable data-driven decisions at leadership levels
• Use AI tools and agents as a standard part of workflow to enhance productivity

Key requirements

• 6–11 years in management consulting, investment banking, or operating roles (BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Finance)
• Strong analytical and structured-thinking abilities; capable of turning ambiguity into frameworks and plans
• High agency, ownership, and willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive cross-functional teams to action
• Familiarity with AI tools and agents; SQL and Tableau preferred
• Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS preferred
