Overview

In this role you drive our customers’ success across the full lifecycle, ensuring adoption, health, and retention at scale. You act as a trusted advisor, sharing best practices and resources to help customers realize value from Moody’s solutions. You lead engagements, deliver training at scale, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and outcomes. You’ll work at the intersection of risk insights and AI-enabled workflows, shaping how clients navigate complexity. Responsibilities

  • Own customer lifecycle success including adoption, health, and retention at scale
  • Act as trusted advisor, sharing industry best practices and resources
  • Lead engagements such as webinars and scalable training for customers
  • Build cross-functional partnerships to drive continuous improvement
  • Organize and lead onboarding, kickoff, status calls, and strategic sessions
  • Collaborate to create and maintain end-user training resources
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage of Moody’s product
  • Present usage insights to clients with optimization recommendations
  • Identify and track opportunities and risks within assigned accounts
  • Maintain strong product knowledge for training, usage and client satisfaction
  • Upskill colleagues through product training and internal sessions
  • Coordinate customer-facing initiatives with other teams (marketing, product, beta testers)

Key requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success, account management, pre-sales or customer support
  • Ability to work independently and in a team with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation in English; French/Italian/German advantageous
  • Experience with Government or Professional Services entities is a strong plus
  • Ability to document, standardise, and improve processes across multi-team engagements
  • Solid understanding of complex business concepts and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts with enthusiasm to learn how AI tools improve processes and drive efficiency
  • Interest in responsible AI practices including risk management and ethical use
