Premium Beauty Brand in London is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to own the strategy across paid acquisition and digital growth. You will lead investment across paid social, paid search, and emerging channels, building a data-led performance engine to support UK and international growth.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the growth agenda, partner with Ecommerce, Brand, CRM and Finance, and develop a rigorous testing roadmap across audiences, channels and customer journeys.
