Responsibilities

• FS technology advisory and client leadership across banking, capital markets, and wealth/asset management
• lead technology-led pre-sales, opportunity shaping, executive storytelling and deal close
• shape integrated solutions aligning business goals with cloud, data, AI and build capabilities
• provide delivery leadership and assurance ensuring smooth transition from early work to sustainable delivery
• amplify Slalom’s brand in the UK FS tech space through client engagement and thought leadership

Key requirements

• Deep Financial Services experience in banking, capital markets, or wealth/asset management
• proven track record in technology-led transformation (cloud, data, AI, platforms, operating models)
• senior consulting background with pre-sales, deal shaping, and C-suite engagement experience
• entrepreneurial and growth-focused with commercial judgement
