Overview
In this role you will manage a varied private client caseload focused on wills, trusts, probate and related tax planning. You will work within a respected Welsh law firm to support elderly and vulnerable clients with empathy, delivering high-quality legal guidance. You will build long-term client relationships and help grow the private client department. Responsibilities
- Drafting wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
- Estate administration and probate handling
- Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning
- Supporting elderly and vulnerable clients with sensitivity and care
- Building long-term client relationships and contributing to department growth
Key requirements
- 3-6 years PQE in private client law
- Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts, and tax planning
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Confident in managing own files with autonomy
