In this role you will join a top-tier City law firm in London to advise high-net-worth clients on international private wealth matters. You’ll work within the Private Client Offshore practice, handling cross-border structuring, trusts, and estate planning for UK-resident and international clients. You will collaborate with partners and a multidisciplinary team to deliver sophisticated solutions and coordinate with advisers across jurisdictions. Responsibilities
- Advise on structuring and protecting wealth in UK and offshore
- Establish and manage trusts and other wealth-holding vehicles
- Provide cross-border estate and succession planning including Will drafting and UK tax advice
- Coordinate with international legal, tax, and fiduciary advisers
- Implement complex international structuring strategies
- Serve international HNW/UHNW clients on cross-border matters
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- 3–5 years PQE in private client or tax law (ideally)
- Experience advising international HNW/UHNW clients on cross-border matters
- Exposure to trusts, tax planning, and offshore structures
- STEP qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong technical ability, client handling, and project management
