Online Orders Picker & Customer Helper

Sainsbury’s is hiring an Online Assistant to support our online customers, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately for delivery or collection. You’ll pick products on the shop floor, handle substitutions when items are out of stock, and use a handheld device to plan your route and time.

You’ll also assist with customer queries, process orders, and help load vans for Home Delivery. We value friendly, proactive colleagues who can learn quickly and work flexibly across the store.
