Civil Engineer

Overview

In this role you will contribute to the delivery of high-value infrastructure projects as part of a global engineering team. You will design, analyse, and document civil schemes, working with cross-functional colleagues to ensure aligned, compliant outcomes. The position blends on-site delivery with design responsibilities, delivering robust drainage, pavements, and structural elements. You will operate within a safety- and quality-focused culture and support continuous improvement and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed civil engineering designs, drawings, and calculations
• Design pavements and drainage networks
• Carry out engineering evaluations, design analysis, and feasibility studies
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and engineering reports
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and design teams to align deliverables
• Support site inspections, constructability assessments, and design resolution activities
• Assist in project scheduling, planning, and estimation
• Maintain awareness of current standards, developments, and best practices
• Apply professional commitment and support company objectives and values

Key requirements

• Significant professional civil engineering experience
• Experience in infrastructure, foundations, pavements, structural, or related civil design areas
• Proficiency in engineering software and analytical tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Broad awareness of safety, quality, sustainability, and engineering compliance
• Ability to work onsite Monday to Friday, with flexibility post-probation
• Degree in Civil Engineering
