Overview
In this role you will contribute to a broad range of infrastructure projects, from site assessments to detailed design and construction support. You’ll work within the Civil Engineering Business Unit with multidisciplinary teams to deliver highways, drainage and related infrastructure for public and private clients. You’ll engage with regulators and stakeholders to secure approvals and support bids and proposals. This is a growth-focused position with increasing technical delivery and project management responsibility.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review survey specifications (utilities and topography)
- Coordinate studies and conceptual designs for development schemes (drainage, highways, utilities, earthworks, flood risk)
- Contribute to the design and delivery of highways, drainage and related infrastructure for complex developments
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to secure approvals and ensure compliance
- Contribute to bids and proposals and communicate technical solutions in project meetings
Key requirements
- Experience in UK development-led infrastructure engineering (private or consultancy)
- Proficiency with InfoDrainage and Civil 3D
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Working towards Chartership (MICE)
- Technical capability in highways, access roads, drainage, earthworks, pavements and underground services
