Overview

In this Banking Solicitor role, you advise on a broad range of banking and finance matters within a leading UK commercial law firm. You will draft and review banking documents, including bespoke facility agreements and LMA materials, supporting complex transactions. Responsibilities

• Advise on banking and finance matters across a range of transactions
• Draft and review banking documentation including facility agreements and LMA documents
• Support complex commercial transactions through cross-team collaboration
• Deliver pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice to clients

Key requirements

• 2+ years’ PQE in banking and finance
• Experience drafting and reviewing banking documentation (facility agreements, LMA)
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication
• Collaborative, commercially minded, proactive with ability to manage priorities
