Overview

In this role you will support a US-based banking and finance practice known for a collaborative culture and strong work-life balance. You’ll work on a varied mix of leveraged, fund, and asset finance projects, with a focus on cross-border transactions across Transatlantic and European workflows. You’ll join a sizable team of partners working with international banks and fund managers, contributing to engaging and challenging matters. Responsibilities

• Handle cross-border leveraged, fund, and asset finance matters
• Contribute to a diverse pipeline of financing projects across regions
• Collaborate within a collegiate team to deliver high-quality client service
• Engage with international clients and complex cross-border transactions

Key requirements

• 4+ PQE in Banking & Credit
• experience with leveraged, fund, and asset finance is advantageous
• exposure to cross-border transactions is beneficial
