What youll be doing
As our Chef, youll be at the heart of our catering operation, helping to deliver exceptional food and service while maintaining the highest standards.
Youll be responsible for:
Preparing and serving fresh, high-quality dishes
Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
Managing stock ordering and control to reduce waste and maximise efficiency
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy kitchen
Contributing creative ideas to menus, products and customer experiences
Providing outstanding service and building positive relationships with visitors and colleagues

Youll have:
Experience working in a fresh food environment
Strong food preparation and culinary skills
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
A positive, proactive and reliable approach
Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene in Catering (desirable)
