You will lead electrical site delivery on school projects in London, ensuring work aligns with programme, budget, and quality standards. You’ll coordinate subcontractors and trades, uphold safety compliance, and liaise with clients and design teams to resolve issues. Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site electrical activities to meet programme, budget, and quality expectations
- Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and specialist trades for productive on-site workflow
- Ensure health and safety compliance through inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
- Liaise with project managers, design teams, and client representatives to resolve technical issues
- Monitor progress against programme and address delays to keep projects on track
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on construction projects
- Degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
- Must be based within commutable distance of London
