Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from inception through to completion
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
• Oversee and mentor junior team members
• Develop and maintain a robust project pipeline and contribute to business development
• Influence design quality and company culture
• Network, prepare proposals, and coordinate new opportunities

Key requirements

• ARB or CIAT registered
• Significant post-qualification experience as an Architect or Technologist in a UK practice
• Working at or towards Associate level
• Job running experience
• Healthcare experience essential
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience mentoring junior staff
• Ability to contribute to and maintain a robust pipeline of work
• Excellent technical and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
