HCP Liaison Manager

Overview

As HCP Liaison Manager, you will build and lead the healthcare professional network to strengthen patient recruitment for clinical trials. You will work with cross-functional teams to align study needs with HCP engagement, contracting, and education events. You will plan and execute educational activities and market outreach to expand the network and improve recruitment outcomes. This role offers the chance to shape the PaVE function within a leading CRO and to drive meaningful impact in early-phase clinical development. You will thrive in a collaborative, results-driven culture and own the end-to-end engagement with GPs, specialists, pharmacists, and patient organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a contracted HCP network to support patient recruitment and identify engagement opportunities
• Profile and segment network members, design tailored engagement strategies, and oversee contracting and payments
• Collaborate with Clinical Science, Medical, and BD teams to align network activities with study needs
• Support feasibility assessments and patient pool identification through the HCP network
• Plan, coordinate, and manage two annual educational/engagement events, including agenda, speakers, logistics, and budget
• Collaborate with marketing to create recruitment materials and explore new engagement strategies
• Represent hVIVO at conferences and outreach events to promote the network and recruitment efforts

Key requirements

• Experience in a similar field role with a proven HCP network to drive volunteer/patient recruitment
• Scientific knowledge to discuss clinical trials with GPs, specialists, and pharmacists
• Attention to detail, strong interpersonal communication, and execution-focused mindset
• Ability to shape the role based on prior experience and work across cross-functional teams
