Overview

In this role you will lead the Crisis Response Fund (CRF) programme within Derbyshire’s Public Health remit, shaping strategic delivery and cross‑sector collaboration. You will manage a team, build partnerships, and drive evidence-based evaluation to maximise impact on financial wellbeing and community resilience. You’ll oversee data reporting and information governance to support outcomes and inform public health strategy. This is a mission‑driven opportunity to reduce health inequalities through proactive programme leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and ongoing development of the CRF programme
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to support delivery
• Manage a team to deliver CRF projects
• Gather evidence and conduct evaluation to measure impact
• Oversee data monitoring and ensure MIS reporting deadlines are met
• Oversee information governance and DPIA processes for programme delivery
• Contribute to the Public Health strategic approach to Financial Wellbeing
