Occupation Hygienist

Overview

In this home-based role, you will deliver high-quality occupational hygiene services across the UK, supporting a high-growth consultancy. You will assess risks at client sites, focusing on air, noise, and LEV testing, while engaging with clients and producing technical reports. You’ll travel for site visits and inductions, contributing to a robust quality management process. Responsibilities

• Conduct Workplace Air Monitoring, Workplace Noise Assessments, and LEV Examination & Testing
• Attend client contracts, inductions, site visits, and review meetings
• Maintain compliance with an accredited Quality Management System
• Prepare detailed, technically accurate occupational hygiene reports
• Travel to client sites to perform assessments and engage with clients
• Deliver tailored solutions by understanding client needs
• Produce comprehensive reports with findings and actionable recommendations
• Manage workloads to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards

Key requirements

• Solid understanding of the Occupational Hygiene industry and practical consultancy experience
• BOHS or IOA qualifications in W501, W503, W505, W507, or P601 LEV Proficiency
• Desirable: Hand Arm and Whole Body Vibration Assessments, COSHH Risk Assessments, Legionella Risk Assessments, EMF Assessments, or Environmental Noise
• Valid UK driving licence; nationwide travel; car allowance or company vehicle
