Senior Legal Counsel – Real Estate JVs & Funds

Danos Group, London office, is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to advise on corporate real estate transactions, with a focus on joint ventures and co-investment vehicles. The role also involves advising on SPVs, accounts, funds and collaborating with external counsel.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least six years PQE, plus excellent communication and project management skills to lead multiple legal matters as a proactive team player.
