Cafe Team Member – Cornwall

Deliver tasty food and mouth-watering drinks (including Costa Coffee) to tables with a friendly and efficient approach, ensuring guests have everything they need for a great dining experience.

• Help keep the caf looking inviting by maintaining a clean and organized environment. Ensure all areas are tidy, tables are cleared promptly, and safety standards are met.
• Work closely with the rest of the caf team to ensure prompt service, minimizing wait times and delivering a smooth, enjoyable experience for all guests.

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Caf Team Member to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering fantastic service, from taking food and drink orders at tables to serving up delicious meals and Costa Coffee drinks. If you have a passion for hospitality, a love for coffee, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, this could be the perfect fit for you.

• Prior experience in a Restaurant, Coffee Shop or Food Service role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, multitasking and staying organized.
• Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak times.
