Overview

In this role you will manage estate operations with a strong focus on customer experience, stakeholder engagement, and compliant service delivery. You will coordinate between property owners, occupiers, service partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth on-site operations and proactive issue resolution. You will lead contractor performance, safety compliance, and financial stewardship of service charges, contributing to a customer-centric, compliant, and efficient estate environment. This is a hands-on role blending people leadership with operational delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison for property owners and occupiers; capture feedback and drive service improvements
  • Lead cross-channel communication strategies with partners and internal teams to maintain consistent tone and information
  • Build collaborative relationships with service partners, client departments, and the estate team to align operations with objectives
  • Monitor on-site service delivery; address issues to minimise disruption for occupiers
  • Champion team development and welfare; support training and performance management per policies
  • Embed the company vision and values into building operations to foster excellence and customer focus
  • Ensure statutory compliance through contractor oversight and a culture of outstanding service across the estate
  • Own contractor performance; run monthly KPI meetings and address underperformance with targets and escalation
  • Maintain asset and compliance knowledge; ensure timely issue resolution and seamless service delivery across M&E and related services
  • Lead service charge budgeting and financial governance, ensuring accuracy, procurement compliance, and transparency
  • Adhere to H&S procedures; conduct regular site inspections, incident management, and maintenance governance
  • Support occupier fit-outs and landlord CAPEX works in collaboration with surveying and approvals teams
  • Maintain documentation and data integrity across health & safety systems and operational manuals
