Responsibilities
- Advising on IP licensing and partnering agreements
- Managing clinical trial arrangements and research collaborations
- Handling commercial contracts and licensing
- Advising on regulatory matters and data protection
- Providing IP advisory work and due diligence on deals
- Managing a varied caseload across life sciences, biotech and related sectors
Key requirements
- 8+ years’ PQE with strong commercial law experience
- Proven experience advising life sciences clients in private practice or in-house
