Overview

In this role you will specialise in construction disputes within a respected regional law firm. You will work in a growing Construction team, handling contentious and non-contentious matters to support live projects and clients. You will learn under the Head of Team while contributing to a friendly, collaborative environment across offices. You drive high-quality client service and develop your construction law expertise as you take on increasing responsibility. Responsibilities

• Manage construction disputes across adjudication, mediation and court proceedings
• Provide strategic advice on live projects to clients
• Contribute to contract structures, risk management and project documentation
• Develop construction law expertise under supervision of Head of Team
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices in a friendly, close-knit team

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with some litigation experience from training or post-qualification work
• Genuine interest in construction disputes and desire to specialise
• Proactive, organised and focused on delivering excellent client service
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment
• Motivation to learn, develop and take increasing responsibility
• Construction experience welcome but not essential
