Overview

In this Corporate Solicitor role, you will handle high-quality, complex transactions from day one within a Bournemouth-based firm. You will advise on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, while managing your own caseload and supporting senior colleagues. You will build strong client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice, contributing to business development and the firm’s regional profile. • Managing own caseload and supporting senior team on larger transactions

• Enhancing the firm’s profile across the South Coast and beyond

Key requirements

• 4-6 years’ PQE in corporate law
• A strong academic background
• Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
• Proven business development experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Existing network of referrers or ability to bring clients (highly desirable)
