Overview

In this PMO role, you will provide governance, reporting and assurance across complex customer contracts to drive successful delivery. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to embed PMO processes, improve ways of working and deliver decision-ready insights. You’ll shape governance across gating, boards and risk management while seeking continuous improvement and automation. The position sits in the Design & Delivery PMO team in Bristol and offers a clear path to a long-term career within a growing PMO community. Responsibilities

• Deliver governance, reporting, controls and assurance across customer contracts to add delivery value
• Manage programme governance activities including gating, board reporting, action tracking, risks, issues and dependencies
• Partner with stakeholders to define, document and embed PMO processes and ways of working
• Analyze delivery information to produce clear, decision-ready reporting and insights
• Drive continuous improvement through simplification, automation and standardised tools and best practices

Key requirements

• Proven ability to deliver project governance, stage-gate controls and board reporting in PMO environments
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence and drive actions to completion
• Ability to create clear reporting and insights using PMO tools and data for decision-making
