Fulfillment Technology Analyst, Derby DC (f/m/x)

Overview

In this role you will support the HelloFresh WMS ecosystem, primarily Infios Warehouse Advantage and Dematic Matflo, acting as a super user and first-line support for end-users across a global network. You’ll manage system configuration, assist in training and SOP documentation, and ensure security and user profiles align with operations. You’ll collaborate on improvements with vendors and partners, coordinate testing and integrations, and help keep hardware and reporting capabilities performing at a high level. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a fast-moving, global tech team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support for Infios Warehouse Advantage and Dematic Matflo WMS across assigned facilities
• Act as super user and level-one support for end-user issues
• Configure system settings per operations direction
• Deliver end-user training and contribute to SOP documentation
• Manage user profiles and security based on functional roles
• Contribute to requirements definition and technical design for enhancements with vendors/partners
• Coordinate QC/integration/user acceptance testing with global colleagues
• Troubleshoot and manage changes to WMS integrations with other platforms
• Represent the Global WMS Technology team in cross-functional initiatives
• Develop and interpret reports to improve operation visibility and performance
• Maintain deployment and service coordination for RF devices, tablets, and workstations
• Coordinate with regional infrastructure to support local network services

Key requirements

• WMS support experience (1+ years) in RF-based distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets, data gathering, and custom report creation
• Fluent English communication for global collaboration
• Strong operational and technical problem-solving aptitude
• Team-oriented with a hands-on, collaborative mindset
• Attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work across time zones, on-call rotations, and travel if required
