Overview

As a Quantity Surveyor in our commercial team, you will lead cost control and protect margin on remediation projects for public and private clients across the UK. You work closely with cross-functional teams to manage contracts and optimise commercial outcomes. This role offers exposure to JCT contract management, valuations, and tender support within a specialist construction group. You will shape project commercial strategy and contribute to steady, high-quality delivery.

Key requirements
