Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies and procedures
• Monitor adherence to legal regulations and internal policies
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate risks
• Provide training and support to staff on compliance issues
• Serve as main point of contact for regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management

Key requirements

• Proven experience in a compliance role, ideally within a law firm
