As Technical Coordinator, you will drive traditional build projects from inception to completion, coordinating between technical, construction, and director levels to maintain clear communication. You will lead a project team across schemes from 6 to 30 units, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. The role anchors our growth in first-class homes across the South East, with emphasis on safety, regulations, and customer-facing professionalism. Responsibilities

• Guide traditional new build schemes from inception to completion
• Lead and manage a project team
• Coordinate with Technical Manager, Construction Manager and Director to ensure clear communication
• Deliver projects on time and within budget across 6–30 unit schemes

Key requirements

• Degree qualified / HNC / ONC
• AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, PowerPoint
• Technical and Building Construction knowledge
• Building Regulations knowledge
• NHBC legislation understanding
• Strong Health & Safety / CDM knowledge
• Planning legislation understanding
• Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
