Overview

In this role you support Currie & Brown’s Building Surveying team in Milton Keynes, delivering professional and project-related surveying services across public and private sectors. You blend UAV surveying with traditional building surveying to interpret data and inform decisions. You will manage projects end-to-end, ensuring clear communication and high-quality output. Responsibilities

• Deliver projects and assignments from inception to completion
• Maintain effective communication to enable project success and support financial control
• Produce outputs accurately and on time
• Represent the company professionally to clients and stakeholders to build lasting relationships

Key requirements

• BSc in building surveying or equivalent
• MRICS beneficial
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• AutoCAD and NBS proficiency beneficial
• Experience in higher education, local government and healthcare sectors beneficial
• Strong experiences in surveys, project management, clerk of works, repairs and maintenance beneficial
• Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, commercially astute
• Outgoing, diplomatic, personable and flexible in interactions
