Responsibilities

  • Recruit and develop team members to deliver high performance
  • Coach staff on product knowledge, brand building, and customer service
  • Lead trade activity to grow sales and maximise profit
  • Ensure store safety and legal compliance with security tools
  • Schedule management aligned with operating model and trade plan
  • Oversee end-to-end F&F operations from stock to shopfloor
  • Drive key metrics (RFID, availability, delivery schedules, stock routines)
  • Maintain clean, well-presented F&F displays per brand standards
  • Act as in-store F&F ambassador to implement commercial strategies
  • Conduct daily floor walks and assign daily tasks to the team
  • Analyze product performance and sales data to refine merchandising and promotions
  • Perform market research on trends, competitors, and consumer behavior
  • Advertise to attract local customers and adapt product placement for market conditions
  • Curate impactful merchandising and align layouts with local customer profiles
  • Foster strong relationships with team, store colleagues, and area manager
