In this role you will manage and progress your own family law caseload within a growing Northampton team. You will contribute to departmental development while aiming for individual and team financial targets. The position combines client-facing advocacy with collaborative, proactive problem-solving in a supportive firm culture. This hybrid opportunity suits a qualified solicitor seeking impact in domestic abuse, children, and parent care matters within Legal Aid contexts.
Pay / Benefits

Key requirements
- Qualified Family Solicitor/Legal Executive/Family Executive
- Experience in domestic abuse, private children cases, and parent care work (desirable)
- History of working with Legal Aid
- Ability to undertake own advocacy where possible
