You will work on freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, transfers of equity, help-to-buy schemes, plot sales and shared ownership matters. Responsibilities

• Manage a busy and varied conveyancing caseload (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, help-to-buy schemes, plot sales, shared ownership)
• Provide clear advice and draft/prepare legal documents for residential property transactions
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other professionals to progress transactions to completion
• Ensure compliance and high-quality service aligned with the firm’s client-focused approach
