In this role you will support a busy Plymouth conveyancing team by handling a wide range of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion. You will work flexibly, including part-time and partial remote options, while maintaining high standards of client care. Responsibilities

• Handle a broad spectrum of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion
• Manage sales and purchases, re-mortgages, registered and unregistered land, shared ownership, let properties, new builds and transfers of equity
• Work as part of a busy conveyancing team and independently manage your own caseload
• Provide client care and professional guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process

Key requirements

• Experienced Residential Property Solicitor/CILEX or licensed conveyancer
• Proven track record in a busy conveyancing environment
• Ability to manage own caseload independently
