Overview
In this role you will help shape the London Market by delivering transformation programs for Lloyd’s and market participants. You will support engagements, perform business analysis, manage projects, and shape data strategy to unlock value from data. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders, while contributing to thought leadership and market insight. You will collaborate across underwriting, claims, reinsurance and technology to drive modernisation and regulatory compliance. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to influence digital transformation in a leading financial services market.

Responsibilities
- Support client engagements and proposal development for London Market transformation initiatives
- Deliver consulting services including business analysis, project management, and data strategy
- Lead cross-functional Capco-client teams and manage senior stakeholder expectations
- Contribute to thought leadership and market insight activities within the London Market
- Drive collaboration across underwriting, claims, reinsurance, and technology teams
Key requirements
- Experience with London Market entities such as syndicates, reinsurers, brokers, and MGAs
- Proven success leading large-scale transformation programmes within insurance
- Strong understanding of both business and IT functions — underwriting, claims, e-trading, policy admin
- Expertise in London Market processes and initiatives (e.g. Future at Lloyd’s, RPA, e-trading)
- Solid understanding of the project lifecycle from strategy to implementation and delivery
