You will oversee the day-to-day operation of a shopping centre, driving standards, financial performance, and on-site team effectiveness. Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth daily operation of the shopping centre
• Lead and develop on-site teams (including security)
• Maintain occupier relationships, handle enquiries, compliance and negotiations
• Oversee site presentation, facilities management, maintenance and cleaning
• Support promotional campaigns and events to drive visitor engagement
• Maximise retail performance via space utilisation and merchandising initiatives
• Manage budgets and monitor expenditure to support financial targets
• Ensure health and safety procedures and emergency protocols are followed
• Review operational performance and identify improvement opportunities

Key requirements

• Previous experience as Shopping Centre Manager or in similar retail/property management role
• Strong leadership capability with team management experience
• Solid understanding of retail operations and commercial performance
• Well-organised with ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong problem-solving with proactive, hands-on approach
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance in multi-site/public-facing environments
