Overview
In this role you own a portfolio of clients, monitor performance and provide a personal service to support client success. You will manage transactions and balance risk with service, ensuring invoices are accurate and collectable. You act as the main daily contact, understanding each client’s business and using risk tools to safeguard portfolio health. You will influence client outcomes and contribute to the client-management mission within the team.
Responsibilities
- Post client ledger transactions including cash receipts, schedules and payments adhering to deadlines
- Balance risk and service to keep invoices accurate and collectible without harming client/debtor relationships
- Ensure debt purchased is recoverable by verifying invoices and supporting documents per requirements
- Deliver client service and act as primary daily contact for queries and requests
- Understand client business to tailor service while monitoring risk with portfolio tools
- Attend department/company meetings and training; cover team members across departments
