Overview

As a Territory Business Manager AWC, you drive sales growth in Greater Manchester by engaging clinicians and commercial partners to advance advanced wound care. You will educate and support product use, secure formulary access, and pull through through clinical and hospital pathways. The role blends field-based customer engagement with education, audits, and local studies to expand adoption. You contribute to Convatec’s Forever Caring mission by transforming wound care outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory sales targets across NHS-facing and community channels
  • Engage with clinical stakeholders (TVNs, Podiatrists, DNs, Specialist Nurses, ANPs) to influence prescribing
  • Initiate and manage product evaluations in hospitals and community settings
  • Secure awards following formulary inclusion and expand clinical access
  • Develop robust account plans to maximize the opportunity pipeline
  • Provide training to Territory HCPs for correct brand usage
  • Facilitate audits and plan local studies to raise awareness of therapy areas
  • Utilize CRM daily and align with KPIs and compliance standards

Key requirements

  • Selling experience in medical/pharma to primary and/or secondary care
  • Degree-level education (biomedical background or nursing preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with key decision-makers
  • Understanding of NHS structure and terminology
  • Target-driven with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Good IT skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and CRM experience
  • Full UK driving license and ability to work in the UKI
  • English proficiency (native or high)
