Hybrid OT Assistant – Remote & Community-Based

Hull City Council is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support the Adult Social Care teams in Hull. The role is office-based with a mix of telephone triage, signposting and in-person assessments to promote independence for service users.

The post involves use of multiple IT systems, handling referrals, and occasional community visits. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with some days at Wilberforce Health Centre and potential WFH on other days.
