Overview

As Senior Construction Manager in East London, you will lead delivery on a high-profile 25m Grade II listed leisure project for a respected main contractor. You’ll steer site operations across new build, refurbishment and fit-out works, coordinating cross-functional teams and subcontractors to hit milestones. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time delivery within leisure, education and high-end residential sectors. You’ll work in a quality-focused, reputable environment with strong project pipelines and supportive leadership.

Responsibilities

• oversee construction activities on a 25m Grade II listed leisure project
• manage and coordinate subcontractors to meet program and quality targets
• drive safety, compliance and site workflows on site
• align project execution with client expectations and project milestones
• collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain schedule and budget

Key requirements

• 5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager
• degree qualified or relevant construction qualification
• experience on major schemes including leisure, education and high-end residential
• experience in managing subcontractors
• CSCS card
• Health and Safety certificate
• valid driving licence desirable
