Field Engineer – London

Overview

As an Installation Engineer at MSite, you will install, commission, and test MSite products at customer sites, ensuring reliable performance and high customer satisfaction. You will support existing customers, provide SME guidance, and troubleshoot faults in a fast-paced, field-based environment. This role blends hands-on technical work with customer-facing responsibilities, offering meaningful opportunities to shape field service excellence. You travel regularly to client sites, contributing to safer, more efficient workplaces and strong service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning and testing of MSite products at customer sites
• Support & maintenance of existing customers and stakeholders
• Provide subject matter expertise to external customers
• Maintain high standard of service and customer satisfaction
• Routine and reactive maintenance
• Fault finding, diagnosis and resolution of faults
• Regular travel and occasional overnight stays

Key requirements

• Full clean UK driving licence
• DBS check
• CSCS / SSSTS accreditations
