Responsibilities

• Install single-phase and three-phase SMETS2 meters in homes
• Perform warrants and in-day emergency work
• Maintain, investigate and fault-find on meters and systems
• Ensure all work meets safety and industry standards
• Deliver excellent customer service at every visit
• Complete job records using handheld devices
• Follow health and safety procedures

• No weekend work or on-call required

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years dual fuel smart meter experience
• CCN1/CMA1 and MET1 or equivalent
• MOCOPA or recognised smart metering qualification
• EUSR registration, including three-phase experience
• Full UK driving licence with <= 6 penalty points
• Comfort with handheld IT devices
• DBS check clearance
• Professional customer service, health & safety and quality mindset
• Willingness to continue developing in smart metering
