Responsibilities
- Manage a high-quality caseload of divorce and financial remedy matters
- Run your own divorce and financial remedy files
- Prepare and review pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements
- Conduct advocacy where appropriate
- Support firm work creation and online document projects
- Engage in networking, marketing and business development
- Supervise and develop junior case handlers
- Manage urgent work and meet tight deadlines
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx (authorised litigator) with 8+ years’ PQE
- Strong experience running your own divorce and finance caseload
- Excellent advocacy skills
- Proven billing record and ability to generate work
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Confident handling urgent matters and working under pressure
- Positive, enthusiastic approach to family law
- Strong teamworking skills and experience supervising junior colleagues
