Overview

As Regional Retail Sales Manager – North West, you lead high-performing store teams to deliver exceptional sales and profitability across Pandora-operated stores in the North West. You will uphold brand standards, coach managers, and implement innovative strategies to drive customer-centric service at scale. The role blends people leadership with commercial rigor, partnering across HR, Ops, and Training to maximise opportunities. This is a field-based, fast-paced leadership role with meaningful impact on brand growth and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build, coach and develop store teams to achieve high performance
  • Adapt leadership styles for varied experience levels across the team

  • Drive sales, profitability and KPI delivery across the region
  • Lead customer experience, brand initiatives and operational standards
  • Partner with HR, Retail Ops, Training and Merchandising to maximise people, product and sales potential
  • Develop training programmes and deliver face-to-face workshops
  • Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and implement improvements
  • Oversee scheduling, stock optimisation, payroll and territory management
  • Ensure execution of global and local brand standards across stores
