Senior Clinical Pharmacist – Lipid Management & ASCVD Care

Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join the national Secondary Prevention Service for cardiovascular disease. The post focuses on lipid management, ASCVD secondary prevention, and kidney-metabolic health, working under consultants to deliver specialist pharmacy input.

You will participate in MDT reviews, initiate and monitor guideline-directed therapies, contribute to audits and research, provide education, and support training of staff.
