Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test high-performance, scalable web applications with a Python backend
• Build professional browser-based interfaces using ExtJS, HTML and CSS
• Work in an agile, fast-paced development environment
• Prototype new technologies and contribute to architectural decisions
• Leverage open source solutions where appropriate to improve performance

Key requirements

• JavaScript
• ExtJS (preferred) or other frameworks
• Django and Python development experience
• 5+ years of commercial development experience
• Python ecosystem and MVC

• MySQL or PostgreSQL
• CS degree
