Overview

In this role you lead the Used Car Sales Team at Audi Milton Keynes, supported by the Head of Business, to maximise performance and customer satisfaction. You will coach and guide the team to hit targets while upholding manufacturer standards and regulatory compliance. You’ll ensure high service levels, strong CSI, and well-presented stock and site presentation. Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the Used Car Sales Team to achieve targets and maximise profitability
  • Maintain high customer service levels and top CSI scores for the dealership
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and customer trust commitments
  • Adhere to FCA regulations and provide fair financial advice and services
  • Oversee showroom and stock presentation and site upkeep
  • Collaborate with Telesales and Retention Team to manage enquiries
  • Drive a performance-focused culture and manage day-to-day sales operations
  • Support development opportunities and contribute to strategic sales initiatives
