Village Hotels – Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Leisure Operations Manager to be the operational anchor of the Leisure Club, leading the Team Leaders, Group Fitness crew, and gym floor staff to deliver a spotless, safe, and memorable member experience.

You will own daily operations, people leadership, member experience, and commercial performance, partnering with the Leisure Club Manager to drive profitability while maintaining the vibrant Village culture.
