Business Analyst – Fintech50

Overview

In this role you help shape a pensions platform for a fintech client, working closely with product and client management. You operate within agile pods to deliver new functionality for wealth management clients and manage stakeholder expectations. The position offers a path toward product management and platform ownership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll drive analysis, process improvement, and solutions that create measurable business impact for a growing client base.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client and product teams to define and deliver pensions platform functionality
• Plan projects, allocate resources, and coordinate agile planning in 2-week sprints
• Analyze existing business processes, map workflows, and document metrics
• Define solutions and oversee implementation and project delivery
• Manage stakeholders and ensure sponsors understand analyses, conclusions, and recommendations

Key requirements

• Demonstrable problem solving and creative solutioning

• 2 years as a Business Analyst
