Overview
In this role you will join a Bristol disputes team to handle high-value insurance litigation matters for insurer and public sector clients. You will lead and manage multi-track personal injury and property damage cases, shaping strategy and delivery. You’ll mentor juniors, collaborate across offices, and contribute to business development. This is a senior, client-facing role with a clear growth path in a Bristol-based team that values collaboration and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of high-value multi-track personal injury and property damage claims, including strategy and delivery
- Run matters autonomously with minimal supervision while delegating to and supporting junior team members
- Collaborate with senior colleagues across multiple offices to deliver joined-up advice and excellent client outcomes
- Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and contribute to a collaborative culture
- Support business development activities and help grow the Bristol team
Key requirements
- Experienced solicitor at Senior Associate or Legal Director level with strong insurance litigation experience
- Commercial and pragmatic approach to client service
- Proven supervisory skills and the ability to take a leading role in team growth
- Confidence to lead in a growing Bristol-based team
