In this permanent role, you will lead a large-scale new-build residential project in Chelmsford (≈400 units) for a reputable house builder. You’ll coordinate on-site teams to drive delivery of the RC frame scheme through to completion, contributing to long-term community regeneration and affordable housing initiatives. The position combines leadership with hands-on construction knowledge on a high-profile residential development. Responsibilities

• lead and manage on-site teams to deliver the RC frame residential project
• oversee day-to-day site operations and coordination across trades
• monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance on site
• drive delivery to completion within the project timeline
